The G-spot is generally located between three to eight centimeters inside the inner wall of the vagina, towards the navel. To find the G-spot, you can slide two (or one) fingers inside with your palm facing upwards. A summary of their conclusions: “This study presents evidence that squirting in women is chemically similar to urine, and also contains small amounts of PSA (prostate specific antigen), which is present in the ejaculate of both men and women.” We also know that there is a difference in terms of color, odor, chemical components, and volume. What are tips and techniques to help me squirt?
