All billing takes place via our payment providers, so depending on the one relevant to your account, the payment will appear on your statement as Epoch or CCBill and the reference will be ‘EFC GmbH’.

No, all of our videos are filmed by the couples themselves meaning you can shoot in the comfort and privacy of your own home. We work with couples from all around the world.

We are aiming to create a sex-positive community that promotes an open and honest approach to sex and sexuality, therefore currently we are only searching for couples that feel comfortable showing their faces and talking openly about their sex lives.
However, we do offer all couples the option to only display your videos behind the paywall to the Lustery members, which is a space where you will encounter no shaming.

No, there is no sign-up fee for content creators.

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old (we require a government-issued photo ID).

It’s a membership-based website, which means customers need to buy a membership in order to access the full content.

The most common reason we reject videos is due to technical issues. This is usually because the format isn’t right (for example if a video is filmed in a low resolution) and in this case, we ask for a reshoot and guide you through the technical requirements more closely. As you'll be able to see from the guide page, the criteria is pretty detailed in order to avoid this happening.
When we reject a video we do not use any of the footage. We delete it from our servers and you are free to use the material on your own channels.
