Membership FAQs

Simply click ‘Join now’ and we’ll guide you through the rest, so you can make yourself right at home.
If you’re already logged into your account, head to ‘Settings’ and select ‘edit settings’ – you’ll be able to change your password there. If you’ve forgotten your password and you’re not logged in, well, it happens to the best of us. Hit the ‘forgot password?’ button on the log in form and follow the instructions.
Since we don’t save our users’ billing information, you can update your billing information directly with our payment providers.

Never mind a free trial, we’ll give you a whole free membership. Sign up for a Basic account and you’ll be able to look around and watch a few free videos per month to decide if Lustery is right for you. Once you’re warmed up and ready for more, simply upgrade to the Premium membership plan that suits you best.
Since we don’t save our users’ banking details, simply update your payment method directly with our payment providers.
All billing takes place via our payment providers, so depending on the one relevant to your account, the payment will appear on your statement as Epoch or CCBill and the reference will be ‘EFC GmbH’.
Not at all. Consent is key here at Lustery, whether it’s in our videos or in our pricing structure, so you’ll never be charged for anything you didn’t sign up for.
